IPX Connector Upgrade

*Only for models purchased prior to 2020.

This new system provides a lightweight, IP67 certified sweat-resistant, durable connection between cable and connector, allowing for easy swapping between different cable types.

The cost for the upgrade is $199 (includes IPX upgrade and IPX cable).

In addition, we will test and clean your monitors free of charge.

1. Fill out the form below with as much detail as possible.

2. “Add to cart” and “checkout” to receive your service order number.

3. Print the confirmation email and include with your repairs. If not included, there may be a delay in your service.

4. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping of repairs to Ultimate Ears.

5. Please be aware that customs, duties, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

The upgrade and service work takes only 14  business days and we offer Ground, Next Day Air and International shipping for you to choose from, each at a different cost.
